It'...Honestly, cedar kind of sucks for smoking. It's flavor is too piney for my opinion. <br /><br />Alder or cherry wood planks are better but damn hard to find. From the looks of the plank, it doesn't look like it had started smoking enough, mine usually end up looking charred on the bottom and edges.
